Bookings


When making a booking with us, it is important for us to have as much information as possible about your function.

These are the details we will normally require.
• Your name
• Your address
• The reason for your event, eg Wedding reception
• The date of your function
• The intended start and finishing times
• A contact name and phone number at the venue
• The address of the venue (inc. postcode)
• How many guests are expected
• Is the venue at ground floor level, if not is their a lift?
• Do you have any special music preferences?
